Our manufacturing of zeolite has taken several large advancements since we founded in 2015. Our indoor processing lines have been set up to allow for maximum flexibility to achieve the demands of our customers. We have installed a variable speed 300 hp hammer mill that feeds a . This main line sits alongside our secondary screening line used for customizing the process. The secondary line allows us to double screen material through a gyratory device to cut dust levels even further, scalp out custom sizes of zeolite rock, gravel, and sand, or fine-tune material size through our roller mill.

Our Zeolite manufacturing process is set-up in a such a way that we can specialize in producing a product in bulk quantities and package directly into super-sack totes at a rate of 5 to 20 tons per hour based on the specific zeolite rock, gravel and sand mesh size.

The secondary rescreening line can be fed directly into a bagger used for retail products and bagged product. This machinery also allows us to co-pack large quantities and act as the Zeolite manufacturers for many sales and marketing companies of zeolite-based products.

Natural zeolites have unique physical and chemical properties, which make them attractive for use in slow-release fertilisation for plants, zeoponic plant growth substrates,and soil conditioning and remediation.

Zeoponic substrates are defined as artificial soils in which zeolites are a major component.

Zeoponic Materials

 

 While zeolites have several properties that make them highly useful minerals, they can be chemically modified to make them even more effective. In fact, one of the most successful uses of zeolites have been in "zeoponic" systems that utilize modified natural zeolite rather than strictly raw natural zeolite. The best example of this is zeolite used for plant growth applications.  By changing the composition of the ion exchange sites and by "loading" the sites with selected nutrient cations, zeolites can become an excellent plant growth medium.  Other enhancements can also be done to modify the properties.  Combined with slowly dissolving materials (such as synthetic and/or natural nutrient anions), these nutrient-enhanced zeoponic materials supply plant roots with additional vital nutrient cations and anions.  Most importantly, these nutrients are provided in a slow-release, plant root demand-driven fashion.  How does it work?  Basically, the process is a combination of dissolution and ion exchange reactions.  The absorption of nutrients from the soil solution by plant roots drives the dissolution and ion exchange reactions, pulling away nutrients as needed. The zeolite is then "recharged" by the addition of more dissolved nutrients.  In effect, zeoponic systems increase nutrient retention, reduce environmental nutrient losses and reduce fertilizer requirements by establishing a replenishable and balanced nutrient supply in the plant root zone.
